restauration<br>Option B \u2013 Management d\u2019une unit\u00e9 de production culinaire<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le titulaire d\u2019un Brevet de Technicien Sup\u00e9rieur Management en H\u00f4tellerie Restauration (BTS MHR) intervient dans le <strong>secteur de l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie<\/strong>, <strong>de la restauration<\/strong> et des<strong> activit\u00e9s de loisirs<\/strong> pour produire des services et encadrer des \u00e9quipes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon l\u2019option du BTS, il r\u00e9alise des activit\u00e9s dans les domaines de la restauration, de la production culinaire dans le respect de la r\u00e9glementation en vigueur en prenant en compte l\u2019environnement \u00e9conomique et juridique. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il a vocation \u00e0<strong> encadrer des \u00e9quipes apr\u00e8s quelques ann\u00e9es d\u2019exp\u00e9rience<\/strong>, de<strong> cr\u00e9er ou de reprendre une entreprise dans son domaine<\/strong> ou de <strong>prendre plus de responsabilit\u00e9s
